About Me

I was born and raised on a farm just south of the town of Tilley, AB. I completed my bachelor of education degree in the summer of 1978 specializing in science. I taught in Coronation, AB for 8 years and now over 20 years with Medicine Hat Catholic. I taught at St. Louis School for 17 years before coming to St. Mary's in 2004. My favorite subject to teach is science as I find it a lot of fun and very important to our world today. I am quite a dog lover and have 2 little miniature schnauzers, Buddy and Bo. One of my uncles played goalie for the Toronto Maple Leafs and was in goal the last time they won the Stanley Cup. In my spare time, I enjoy weight-lifting, working on the elliptical machine, walking the dogs and watching comedy movies. I am a real fan of the Calgary Stampeders and watch all of their games.
