St. Mary’s School Philosophy

1. General Program
- 7 period day
- LA, Math, Social, Science, Religion/Wellness daily
- Physical Education every day
- Grades 7-9: six option courses per year (2 per trimester). Choice of 20 + options: Robotics, Driver's Education, First Aid, Foods, Shop, Archery, Fitness, Criminology, etc.
- Grade 6 Exploratory Option Program
- 7 period day
- Math, Social, Science in French
- English Language Arts and French Language Arts every other day
- Religion/Wellness with English Community
- Physical Education every day in French
- Grade 7-9: six options per year (2 per trimester) with English community in General Program
- Grade 6 Exploratory Option
- 7 period day
- Language Arts, Math, Social, Religion daily
- 2 Fine Arts periods per day: Art, band, Choir, Dance and Drama
- Ambassadors for the school and community
- Perform on the Esplanade Stage throughout the year
4. Sports and Wellness Academy
- Day A/B Schedule
- Day A morning in Academy programming
- Day B mornings in core subjects
- Multi-Sport experiences such as: Tennis, Snowshoeing, Rock Climbing, Floor Hockey. Golf, Swimming
